Almond Macaroons

Do you remember stealing an almond macaroon from the Nantucket Bake Shop box on the counter when you were a kid? We have been baking these chewy gluten free cookies using the exact same formula for over 50 years.  After all, when you've got it right...leave it alone!  We pack and ship them off island just hours out of the oven.
